Let it snow! Let it Snow! Let is snow!

Oh' the weather outside is frightful, and my fire is not so delightful, yet! Im looking forward to having it next year! My furnace is running like mad... I dont think it has shut off for days..

I Just got off the phone with my hubby who is stranded on the freeway, hopefully he will be home before dark!
Heres some shots of what it looks like outside. :)

The BFF will be arriving from AZ in a few days... Its unbelievable to me that its really happening. Oh' how cold she will be when she arrives! I think the temps. are supposed to be around 16' the night she gets here, and that is a far cry from the 60's that she tells me she is suffering from down there. I hope she packed her snow clothes in her carry on! She may need them the second she lands!
Here are some shots that show you how fast the snow has built up over the hours.....

Frosty lastnight.......... Frosty this morning!!

table lastnight.......... table this morning!!!

Birdhouse yesterday.... Birdhouse this morning!!!
I love looking at it outside! I should be working on all sorts of gifts while Im trapped at home! Too bad I am too busy putting snow clothes, boots, gloves, hats on children so that 1 hour later I can take them all off and put them in the dryer... just to do it again 1 hour later.... Oh' the joy of being "mom" to 3! Right now I think I better go make sure they have not been buried in the snow!

Isn't it amazing! This isn't our usual weather! Who ordered this?
Not me, I don't have my Christmas shopping done yet.

I'm excited for you that your friend is moving back to WA. She is going to be in shock when she gets here. She may run back to AZ.

Happy Holidays

You always make me smile - I love your snow pictures. I can just see your kids going crazy in it and then + 4...oh, you're gonna have too much fun. You'll love it over here too - it is so incredibly beautiful - I can't even begin to describe what it's like this morning.

love your fancy-schmancy side borders!
