The sickness has finally left the house. It has been a long week for me. I am glad it is over. Even my DOG was beginning to show signs of depression...

My Christmas decorations are still going up. I have alot more things I want to do! I have adorned the mantel with cedar bows, and what a difference!

Hopefully this week I will begin my shopping. I have never been so behind. But, I have a new outlook on my shopping this year, and it is going to be very short and simple. I am not buying gifts for the sake of buying a present. I want my kids to understand what Christmas is about... its about GIVING... and not recieving... Its about the birth of JESUS and Gods love for us. We have decided to help a single mother this year. She just got a new job and is need of clothes because she has gotten off drugs and is leading a new life. She is special to us... I am excited to bless her this Christmas and let her know that she is loved not only by US, but by Jesus too...
